From what I’ve read in order to run install custom firmware you will first need to downgrade you 3.95 firmware version to version 1.50. I’ve read serveral forums on downgrading 3.50 firmware but I have yet to run across any information on how to downgrade 3.95. It just may not be possible right now. If you are able to find a means to downgrade then you would have to install custom firmware (there are several vids on Youtube you can reference) and wIth the firmware in place you should be able to install homebrew applications like an emulator program to play PSONE iso files for example.
